I did use it at one time. Very short time..Its not all that good..to begin with its a resource hog..My neighbour swears by it, but is always blaming Sympatico.ca (Bell) for letting Viruses in..

I have one account with Sympatico.ca ..support is bad.

I also have an account with ATT. .support is excellent as far as I'm concerned.
