I recently installed DW and loved it but had one major problem.

After installation the only way I could turn off my computer was by forced shut down at the tower. I came here to try and get help but it took so long for my registration to be fully accepted and I could not post. Therefore, I had to uninstall the program which I had a heck of a time doing but I figured it out.

Since I no longer have the program installed I cannot send any logs but is there something you can tell me that may help as I would really like to try to use DW if possible. Sunbelt free firewall is running along with AVG free behind a router. Those are the only security programs starting up on this Toshiba XP Home sp2 laptop.

It's very strange issue. Really doubt any logs will help as, looks like, the incompatibility is at driver level. So, if you want to have the issue fixed, install DW and contact me for test drivers set. With few run iterations the problem will gone once and forever.
