During the passed week members of our adminstrative staff which are answering requests in the HJT forum have reported about users, visitors and guests of our board asking and sometimes demanding a personal support.

Here some reminders for all members, visitors and guests:

1. Please do not publish your email address in here or do you want to get spammed?

2. We do not give a personal support via PM nor by email, AIM, ICQ, IRC cause we don't wanna get spammed! Please use our forums for your requests instead.

3. Please bear with us if we do not reply within milliseconds. All our experts are volunteers and they need to check up for answers first too and they have a right to relax too.

4. You can help us with giving us detailed information (f.e. in case of hardware problems) so we don't need to ask for details again.
