Okay, so I am attempting to remove completely(I am talking without a trace) my HP all in one printer. The reason for this is, that I need to reinstall it, but I need to install it using the disk which came with it , because the online version keeps dumping a particular file needed for the printer to run properly. Of course , the disk version is older, so i have attempted several times to uninstall, delete, remove, you name it , the newer software, but to no avail. When I think I have managed to wipe my comp clean of it, I go to install the disk version, and continue to recive the same message. That there is alreay n newer version of this software on my machine.l I am about to scream. Please help me get this godforsaken software off of my computer.

Thank you

Suggest to uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller or Comodo Program Manager; both free.

And then run CCleaner to clean out left over files. (free also).
Take "Slim" or non-install "Portable" file.

Also give us the model number of your HP all-in one please.

Reason... Hp has special tools to completely remove ...just like this one

but we need your specific model number....
